Locally owned and operated, Love Appraisal Service offers comprehensive and fair
residential
appraisals. We are a Certified Licensed appraisal company, members of FREA (Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers), licensed
in Washington Offices of Real Estate Appraisers, we carry Errors and Omissions Insurance through FREA and we are FHA approved.
Our sole proprietor, Tom Love, has over 20 years of experience in the management of real estate appraisals – he would be the first to share his resources and knowledge!
